Occupational Health and Safety

Culture of Prevention and Zero Harm

Occupational Health and Safety is a strategic priority at Greengray Group. The Group fosters a culture of continuous prevention to create safe, healthy, and resilient work environments across all industrial sites and construction projects. The safety strategy is based on a “zero harm” policy, focusing on accident reduction, proactive risk management, and strengthening team responsiveness.

Message from Management

“Safety is an absolute value at Greengray Group. We continuously invest in processes, technology, and training because we know that protecting our teams protects the organization's future. Our ambition is to build a safety culture recognized as a benchmark in the industry.”

Digitalization and Integrated Risk Management

Process modernization and digitalization are implemented through the SmartOSH platform, which centralizes the recording and investigation of accidents and incidents, medical monitoring, inspection reports, and operational control.

Programs such as “Safety Conversations” and “Safety Walks” encourage active employee participation, promote early risk identification, and reinforce the safety culture.

The Group continuously invests in updating internal procedures, reviewing Emergency Plans, and providing technical training to teams, ensuring the skills necessary for safe task performance.

Shared Responsibility

The Business Activity Coordination (CAE) strengthens oversight of suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring strict compliance with internal and legal safety and environmental requirements.

The integration of the CAE module into the SmartOSH platform allows validation of company, worker, and equipment documentation, reducing risks associated with external entities.
